Interesting, clean and serious roommate

Hey guys! I'm Joseph, 29 years old, have lived in London, S?o Paulo and Madrid and I am going to study a MA in NYC. I am looking for a long term room to stay in. Ideally about a 15ish minute walk to the 51st Subway Station so I'm very interested in the following locations: Midtown Manhattan, Sutton Place, Turtle Bay, Murray Hill, Lenox Hill, etc. Anything $1250/month and down is in my range. I'm seeking a lease starting now or 1st September (I am going to live in NYC at least until 2018). I am seeking a bedroom in any sized apartment.

I'm clean, non-smoking, respect quiet time, love sports and lead a pretty active and healthy lifestyle, I also love good chat (I love art). I am creative and entrepreneur, very open-minded, outgoing (but also enjoy quiet down time), drama-free, polite and respectful.
I've been awarded with a prestigious fellowship -with a monthly paycheck- and have recommendation letters.
