Looking for a room to rent in Levittown, NY

I am looking to rent a room in Levittown, NY where I have lived for over 30 years. My landlady is selling the house and moving to Florida. I come with excellent references. I am recently retired, but have money and a pension. I am never late on rent. I don't want to have to use any stairs at all.

I am okay with sharing a bathroom but I do want a private room. Furnished is ideal. I would prefer all bills included in the monthly rent and for there to be air conditioning or a window unit in the summer months. I am not a home body, I am out most days. I don't drive, so I use public transportation and very comfortable with it. My niece in Texas is the one helping me to find a permanent place to live. Her name is Janine. I mainly want a room to live in. In all the years I lived in Levittown, I just used the room and the bathroom. My sisters live in other areas of NY. Thank you.
