My name is Jessica. I work Monday-Friday (hours vary each day/week) by Columbus Circle and am planning to work part time on the weekend once I move in. I respect privacy, am outgoing and open-minded. I love doing new things, going to new places, and am willing to be a new friend, just a roommate, or both!

I may not be present on random days or weekends and am accommodating when it comes to having the apartment to oneself. I'm all for flexibility!

I'd like a few, if not all of these things: wifi, washer/dryer, and shared kitchen. Exceptions include: if a laundromat is walking distance and wifi is split 50/50.
