A one bedroom, studio, large room near or in NYC

Someone or multiple someone's who can share cleaning responsibilities, have a respect for each others sleep/schedule differences and is flexible enough to adapt to what random bits of chaos occasionally arise in life.
I have an irregular schedule at work but I don't make loud entrances/exits or feel need to blast music or tv for my own sake. I own headphones and read a lot in transit or at home. Ultimately willing to work with you to make the space sociable and mutually respectful.
