Tall guy looking for a sane roommate
Hey,
I'm a tall guy looking for a not-small room. I would prefer a place no more than 30 minutes from Williamsburg (since I work there, and my current commute is just over an hour long). However, I am flexible.
I'm a software developer with a standard 9 to 5 (sometimes 9 - 6) job.
I appreciate a sane home, one with no drama. I'm not a loud person. I do play video games and watch movies, but not at a disturbing volume level (I'd probably put on headphones if anything).
If there are any problems, I'm the type to seek a resolution sooner than later. I've heard too many horror stories of roommates harboring grudges for months over the smallest things. It shouldn't have to come to that.
In terms of length of stay, I'm thinking about moving out of state by the end of September (possibly later, definitely not earlier).
I'm just a very uncomplicated guy looking for a new home.
