Working Student Looking for Apartment
I'm looking for an apartment in or close to the Financial District since I just got an internship at Crown Architecture and Consulting. I am a sophomore at Wentworth Institute or Technology in Boston who is pursuing an internship in NYC for the Spring semester only. I will only need a place for three months. I need a place that is furnished, includes utilities, has washer/dryer in building, and is pet friendly(optional). Since I am a student I can only afford $1200 a month or less for rent. I'm open to live with anyone who is friendly and easy to get along with. I'd prefer living with other women close to my age (20), but I'm not opposed to living with guys or in a co-ed situation.
