Looking for room in a 2br, Queens/Brooklyn

Hi. Brian here. I'm looking for 1 bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment. The room has to be at least 120 sq. feet(12 x 10). I can spend a max of $800 per month. I'm still hoping for Brooklyn (Windsor Terrace, Kensington, Ditmas, Flatbush, Boerum Hill, and more,, but it seems like Astoria, Hunters Point, Long Island City, Sunnyside, Jackson Heights and Ridgewood are more in my price range and offer bigger spaces. So I'm open right now to areas. It seems like my price will dictate what's available and I will filter based on my results.

I highly prefer for the bedrooms to be on opposite sides of the apartment. I like to feel like I have privacy in my room. An apartment with a lot of natural light is important to me. Also, I like the shared space to be free of clutter and clean, not sparkling at all, but clean, and I am happy to do my share to keep it that way. I don't really watch much TV and can be sensitive to loud TV volume. So if you tend to crank the volume on movies from the TV, we're probably not a good match.

You can expect me to be a great communicator, great dishwasher :), neat (do my share with cleaning), bascially, aware of the ramifications of my actions on my roommate. I'm looking for the same in a roommate. I've been told many times I"m funny, so you can expect to laugh a bit as well. I cook occasionally and I'm happy to share the bounty. A kitchen with basic essentials would be great, but is not a requirement. I'd love to find someone who is passionate about a few things and loves to talk about them. I'm inspired by other's inspiration and also love to learn new things. I spend a lot of time doing my own thing but would love to have a roommate that I want to hang out with occasionally.
