Looking for a room
Please let me introduce myself. I am in my second year of cantorial school at the Jewish Theological seminary in manhattan. I work in Rockaway, New Jersey at a small conservative synagogue as their student cantor.
I attended college at Lawrence University in Appleton Wisconsin where I received a bachelor of music in voice and Bachelor of Arts in theatre. I am from Minnesota and have been living in the city for a year and a half.
I am desperately looking for a place to live. I am also in a bit of a time crunch and would like to move in before the 1st of the new year. Ideally I would like to sublet an apartment for at least 6 months. I am looking to live in west Harlem or lower Washington heights not above 145 street. As a student I have a bit of a limited budget, I am not able to afford anything over $850 per month. I would prefer a place that is already furnished if possible with a shared living room. I look forward to hearing from you.
Respectfully,
Josh Kowitz
