Canadian Looking to live in NYC

Hello!
I am a young, friendly, out-going mid twenties gal from Canada. Ive been looking to make the move to NYC since I basically discovered how amazing it really is. Ive finally just decided to not let life pass me by and do what I always dreamed of doing instead of making excuses why I could or shouldn't make the move. So this is my first step. I am not interested in living in luxury or huge lofts but merely to have a place where I can sleep, eat and shower in a prime location. My above listed budget is not completely set in stone so fire away whatever availability you may have. Im interested in living with females of around the same age, give or take 5 years. Im pretty easy going and friendly so I can get along with just about anyone. Please keep me in mind if you have anything in mind. Thanks :)
