Hi there.
My name's Sean, I'm moving over to NYC (visa pending) in January and need to find a place to stay. It's a long-term move so will be looking for something, if not quite permanent, will provide a nice, friendly base to explore the city from.
Ideally would like flatmates with similar interests (so music and sports in the main) but the most important thing is just people who are chilled out, really. Also, would like to share with four or more flatmates though that isn't vital.
In terms of me I'll be working 9-6 out there so won't be around much bar evenings and weekends. In the evenings i like either going watching live music, playing sport or if none of those, going to the bar or watching inane videos on youtube. I'm a smoker but happy to abide by any house rules around that you may have, and although I am messy ('creative chaos'), I'd like to think i keep that to my room rather than in communal areas.
