Need a warm, safe and friendly place to stay
Well, just really need a safe, warm, and friendly place to stay. I am currently an international student. I'm looking for a furnished room to stay for 2 months initially (it can be longer depends on my personal schedule). The place should be close to subway, and no more than 30 mins away from Manhattan by public transportations. The rent I can accept is around/btw $800 - $1000, and everything should be included. I don't mind to live with any kind of person as long as I don't share my room or my bed with somebody. If possible, prefer private bathroom.
About me, I orginally come from China, but been living in oversea alone for many years. I speak English well, and I am also intermediate level in Spanish. I am very quiet person. Don't make trouble, don't create drama, and don't cause mess. I always pay my rent on time. I am easy-going person as well. I don't cook too much. And I very respect the privacy of my roommies. But be careful, I am not an early bird.
