I am a 26 year old female Brooklynite, working within Banking & Finance. I am looking to rent a room, or preferably sign a lease for 1 year effective Aug 1st. I am easy going, but super super clean, and also need a private bathroom!
A little bit about me - I am certainly ambitious, fun and outgoing and being new in NY, always keen to meet new people. My interests are varied but include, food, travel, art and general merriment.
I am currently living in Ded stuy, Brooklyn, however since my lease is up effective July 30th, I am looking for an Aug 1st movi-in. I can provide 1 months rent +1 months security deposit.
