Male, Looking for a Private Room

Hi,

My name is Josue and I'm looking a single room. I'm not very picky in terms of particulars - furnished would be great, as well as having certain utilities already established (wifi, washing machine in-building) etc. But few things are dealbreakers.

As for me - I work full time and when I'm in the apartment, I'm fairly low-key. I love watching a good movie or having a beer or two but I like my social life outside of the house rather than inside.

It goes without saying that I'm clean and I'm more than happy to workout details such as cleaning schedules, trash etc. I also love cooking - so that's a plus. I'm not a smoker but wouldn't mind a light smoker.
