20 y/o female Film Student looking for roomies

I'm a 20 year old sophomore Film student at School of Visual Arts and looking for an apartment for this coming school year and most likely next summer too. I won't be in NYC until around the 15th of August, but my semester starts on September 2nd, so I'd need to be moved in before then! I'm looking for a single room if it all works out but I could end up settling for a double. I need a kitchen for sure, because I love to cook! Utilities & wifi included would be ideal! I'm a female but I don't mind living with guys or gals as long as I have my own space :)

I love new people so I figured living with completely new people would be the best way to go about it. I'm very personable, easy going and fun. I clean up after myself and keep my things in my own space. I'm nocturnal, but considerate so I won't keep you up! I smoke, so a balcony or roof access would be preferred but I don't have to live in a smoking-friendly apartment, I would be ok to go outside/downstairs to smoke if need be (I need to cut down anyway). I'd like to live with students but I'm not too picky. I'd just like to live with chill, amicable, like-minded people! My rent will be covered by my parents so I'll always have it on time!
