New masters student in the city!
Hola!
My name is Adrian Blanco, and I am moving to New York City to study a Masters in Contemporary Piano Performance at the Manhattan School of Music. I am from Barcelona, Spain, and I will arrive to NYC the next 29th of July, so I would like to find a room to move in the 1st of August.
I am looking for a nice room in New York, Manhattan and Brooklyn prefered, well connected to the Subway and better if it's also well connected to the UWS. Nothing special, just a nice room where I could fit a bed, a desk and an electronic piano (don't worry, I'd play with headphones so you won't hear any note!). My budget is $1300/month as a MAXIMUM.
I'd love to share a flat with people like me, grad students or young professionals. I am very openminded but, no alcohol or drugs, please. Although I'm not looking for friends, it doesn't hurt to have dinner together sometimes, does it...?
I am a very independent guy, who loves to have fun with his friends, who enjoys having time for his own and who likes to meet new people. I am a music passionate, and also an art in general passionate; I enjoy spending some time at art galleries, museums, recital halls, etc... And as a music student, I will spend most of the day at the conservatoire or at my room practising (with headphones... just wanted to make it clear :P).
