Moving to NYC to begin my job in Mid-June so looking for either a June or July lease. I am a relaxed, laid-back roommate who likes to hang out but also enjoys some alone time. Someone interested in seeing a show or grabbing a beer every now and then would be ideal but not required. I will work 7: 30-5: 30/6. Job is in midtown. I have lived with both ladies and gentlemen before so I'm cool with either.
