I'm starting grad school at NYU for drama therapy and would like an apartment near the school or with in a 25 min public transport ride. I'm looking for a private room that's preferably furnished. I'm from arkansas. I'm very friendly, laid back, and clean. I don't smoke or do drugs and would like the apartment to be smoke and drug free. I don't have a pet but I love animals especially dogs so if you have a dog that's actually a plus for me.
