My name is Shearl.
I am a 29 non smoker and non drinker. I don’t have any pets (very allergic). I have been working as a full time volunteer at Covenant House New York, a homeless shelter for 18 to 21 year old youth for almost 18 months. (Think Americorps) My term of service is ending on Aug 18th, and I just got hired on as a paid staff!
I’m very happy and excited to be looking a room to rent.
As a volunteer I lived in a community house with other volunteers from Covenant House in Astoria.(All females as well.)

I would love to schedule a time to see rooms.

New York City makes me all kinds of happy.
I favorite colors are purple and blue.
I love all kinds music (yes even country).
I love cooking/baking.
I went to college for IT and graphic design.
I’m a big softy for the twilight saga (the movies were ok but the books, oh the books!)
My shamefull guilty pleasure: I watch and love MTVs teen wolf
Vices: fake hugs and people.
I go a orthodox Christian church in the east village.
I love meeting new and different people.
And I really love my job.
