I'm looking for an apt that preferably has hardwood floor. Need a room with a window and closet. I have allergies and asthma. Have my own queen size bed. Would like it to be within walking distance to public transportation. I work in Hoboken. Prefer a female roommate. My landlord is selling the apt, so I have to move. Looking for a neighborhood that has some energy, hopefully a juice bar and decent grocery since I cook. Apt and building are kept up. Laundry in building or near building.
I am a quiet person but play guitar and piano. I am also an insomniac. Need to move by the end of August, cannot move earlier because of lease. No basement apts. I am looking to rent only while I pay off my student loans and bills. So I am planning to rent for the next two to three years if possible.
