I'm looking for an apt that preferably has hardwood floor. Need a room with a window and closet. I have allergies and asthma. Must be able to fit a queen size bed. Would like it to be within walking distance to public transportation. Currently studying online for certification in medical coding. Looking for a neighborhood that has some energy, hopefully a juice bar and decent grocery since I cook. Apt and building are kept up. Laundry in building or near building. I am a quiet person but play guitar and piano. I practice singing at home but will only do so when roommate is out of apartment so not to disturb. Need to move by the end of April, cannot move earlier because of lease. Must move by May 15th. No basement apartment unless plenty of sunlight. So I am planning to rent for the next two to three years if possible.
Please, no temporary housing emails or furnished rooms. I am only interested in a 12 month share.
