I am looking for a female roommate, who is considerate, clean, and responsible, to share a 2BR apartment, preferably in Manhattan, or to rent a private room in existing apartment, or sublet an apt. I have one cat and plan to get another to keep her company. I am flexible as to location; but prefer Morningside/Harlem as I walk dogs in the area, and do cleaning jobs. I would like a roommate who is quiet, and likes animals; vegetarian is even better. I have been staying in friend's living room for awhile, and it's time to move on, so I'd like a good place to live till I get something more permanent. I am neat, considerate, and reliable with rent. I am a native New Yorker, and like to cook, clean, walk in the park, and I do some rescue of animals, reading, and some praying (not enough). I would need internet access, and laundry room would be nice. Modest needs, but balcony or garden is even better, in safe neighborhood.
