We are a young couple both aged 28 looking for a decent room to rent with our small dog. She works at a restaurant in the Hells Kitchen area. He works at Yankee Stadium. Our 6 year old dog is a 20lb lovable pug, that is fully house trained and is capable of being left alone while we are out/at work. She is the ultimate lap dog and loves to be lazy. She gets along with other dogs/cats and of course people. We would like a room between $600-800/month, this does not have to include utilities but is a plus if it does. Ideal move in date is July 2nd. We will consider ANY where in the Manhattan area, but will also depend on the safety of the neighborhood. We are also interested in the Williamsburg/Bushwick area of Brooklyn if necessary and for the right price. Most importantly, we would prefer roommates with similar interests such as: movies, eating out, dancing/nightlife, drinking and smoking. Anyone that likes to have fun in this great city and be down to earth is exactly who we are.
