I'm looking for a short term room preferably in Astoria from 1st April through to mid May, but am open to other areas. I have a green card, so I travel back and forth between New York and London, working in theatre, music and as a drama teacher and tutor. I'm very responsible, am solvent (I own and rent out my own apartment in London when I travel to the USA) and am clean and tidy and very respectful of other people's space. Looking for clean place not too far from Manhattan. I can also provide excellent references from room mates/sublet landlords I've lived with in LA and NY.
