My brother and I are looking to rent a 2-bedroom apartment, minimum 1 year lease in a quiet neighborhood with internet and street parking that is metro adjacent. Prefer downtown but are flexible on location if it is close to a subway. I am a full time female professional student while my brother is a full time working professional. He requires somewhere to park his care for when he travels to work while I need access to public transportation to get to school and work. We are both very quiet and neat individuals.
