Transferred from London 3 years ago, where I lived for 18 years. I'm Spanish, though. Got a working visa and a 9-5 job. Very social but love my own space too. Clean, friendly. Love my bike and cooking so a decent kitchen where one can actually cook rather than just open a can or toss his food in the microwave, would be nice :) I have my own bed and I'd like to keep it so unfurnished would work best but this is not set in stone. After all is more about sharing with the right person and getting on well.
As for areas in Brooklyn I'd like to live in, here's a list: Brooklyn Heights, Columbia Heights, Gowanus, Cobble Hill, Boerum Hill, Carroll Gardens... you get the drift. Hit me up if you have anything available.
