Seeking a roommate for a small room in a great location. There's a living room and large separated kitchen. It's a double railroad apartment, so you have to walk through the first two rooms to get to the third. This is the first room. It's a small room open to the hallway. Past occupants have fixed this with a curtain, but we're open to creative solutions.
We have a cat.
We smoke.
We both work M-F ~9-6.
Utilities are not included.
We split internet / wifi.
There's roof access.
There's not laundry in the building.
We're a block from the F/G at Bergen and an 8 minute walk to Borough Hall for the 2/3/4/5/R. 10 min to the A/C. The neighborhood is a wonderful place.
