The building has all of the standard amenities of a "luxury" building (24/7 doorman, roof terraces, resident lounges, on site cafe, bike storage, gym, pet spa, dog park [within the building!], onsite maintenance, gym, etc). Since the building is so new everything is pretty polished.

Super convenient for transportation - right by the Jay St subway stop with access to the A/C, F, and R Trains and less than 5-minute walk away from the 2/3, 4/5, B, and Q trains.

You'd be sharing the apartment with me, a 30 year old (gay) male working in downtown Manhattan. I'm clean, considerate, pretty chill. I keep it quiet during the week and try to get out and about as much as possible on the weekends (either exploring the city or going away travelling). I'm looking for someone who can sign onto the new lease with me beginning 10/31 (standard building application required [$155 application fee], need to make 40x rent or have guarantor, good credit score, etc)
