Room for Rent in awesome high-rise building in the nicest area of Brooklyn (dowtown brooklyn - on NYU campus - right outside of Jay st/metrotech station). 46th floor.

Private Room (as seen on the floor plan - Den) it has its own door and wall (not open as picture in the floorplan) has window and private closet; fits a queen size bed, desk, sofa bed and other furniture as seen on pictures (NOT FURNISHED).

You would share bathroom with one other roommate. Share living room, kitchen and utilities (internet/cable FIOS and electricity) with 2 roommates.

The apartment is big, spacious, bright (floor to ceiling windows) has new appliances, dishwasher and w/d in unit. The building is elegant, with all the amenities: doorman, package room, delivery for dry cleaning services to the lobby, attached garage, laundry room, gym, yoga room, lounge (with pool table, tv-room, bar, conference room and internal patio) and THE BEST MANHATTAN SKYLINE VIEW ever on the rooftop (which also has a indoor lounge with huge TV'S and a bar that you can watch games or rent if you wish to host a private event).

WE ARE: two male roommates mid twenties, work hard 50h+ jobs during the week, don't bring party home, sociable, friendly.
YOU ARE: Financially stable (good credit, work a full-time job), mid twenties - mid thirties, sociable, clean.

Rent is 1320/month + utilities (split 3 ways) + security deposit (one month's rent).

You would need to sign lease with the two roommates for the year 2015 in about two weeks. Move-In date is January 5th, 2015.

NO pets.
