Roommate/Tenant needed for 2 bed/2 bath (July '13)

Great apartment with a giant, breath-taking view of the empire state building, the freedom tower and the Hudson River. I'm looking for a tenant to share this two bedroom apartment beginning in July of 2013. I have an extra room with its own individual bathroom. The apartment is wonderful and has a 34, 000 square foot gym that includes a full-length basketball court, tennis courts, olympic size swimming pool, putting green, lots and lots of gym equipment, free gym classes, a spa, etc. The apartment is extremely pet-friendly (as am I), has a playground and dog park, as well as parking, a driveway, a uber-friendly doorman, and a very elegant lobby. It is a wonderful place to live and I'm so happy I'm here...it's a great find! The only downside (being completely honest here) is that it's a few minutes to the nearest subway station, which I think is no big deal given the cost and luxury of this apartment.

I'm willing to negotiate on rent. The $2400 listed includes utilities and a mostly pre-furnished apartment. No security deposit necessary, either (I took care of it!). You will not find a better deal than this place, I promise! I guarantee it will be worth your while to at least take a look.
